Board Meeting January 11, 2016

The HOA Board of Directors met at the Clubhouse on January 11th, 2016 at 630pm.  All Board members were present.  Items discussed included: The 2016 Reserve study replacement items, Forest unit exterior lighting, landscaping, fire damage, and pool repair.

The following issues were discussed during homeowner input:

Fire damage 10192 SW Morrison Street: The owners of this unit reported that they still smell smoke.  Remediation work is progressing.  The Board discussed ways to expedite the process.

Board discussion:

The Board agreed to address the following items scheduled for replacement or repair this year according to the most recent Reserve Study: BBQs in the gazebos, bark dust, electronic equipment (clubhouse), pool replaster, and concrete work (including stairs).

Board actions:

The Board approved 6 Landscape proposals from Willamette under the advice of the Landscape Committee.  Improvements will be made in the following locations: 10292 SW Taylor (2 projects), 10364 SW Taylor,  605 SW Trillium Creek, 10334 SW Taylor, and 10353 SW Taylor.

The next scheduled Meeting is scheduled for February 8th, 2016.
