The majority of this Board Meeting was taken up with two Executive Session items. 1. A legal issue and 2. our contract with our landscaper.
Regarding item 1, comments on this issue will be made in the official meeting minutes (or you can contact a Board member if you are an owner and they will tell you what they can).
Regarding item 2, there was some displeasure with the performance of the vendor. The items are being addressed and will be monitored. This issue will be revisited in the near future.
