The HOA Board of Directors met at the Clubhouse on December 11th, 2017 at 600pm.

The Board discussed the following items:

Linden Trees, lighting proposals, roof vents, janitorial contract, finance committee meeting.

Landscape Committee.

The homeowner survey results indicated support to proceed with removal of the Linden trees. Suggested replacements from the Landscape Committee were 1. snowbell or 2. male ginkgo on Morrison, (39 trees).   On Windwood Way, 1. paperbark maple or 2. hybrid dogwood, non-fruiting, 64 trees.

Finance Committee. 

February 6 is the next committee meeting.

Maintenance,  Lighting.

The BOD is considering several bids on pillar lights replacement.  Building 10 on Windwood Way already has replaced bulbs with LEDs with built-in photo cells.

Janitorial contract

At the request of the Board, TMG presented several bids from janitorial companies to clean clubhouse and pool area. The Board moved to contract with Cirrus, to begin February 1, 2018.
