In accordance with the Bylaws of the Renaissance at Peterkort Woods Homeowner’s Association, Directors are elected at the Annual meeting to serve two year terms. Following this election, the Board convenes an organizational meeting where it then elects its officers.
The Board consists of five members. Two are elected in odd years and three are elected in even years.

Murray Jenkins
Board President
Murray was elected to the Board in 2021. He has lived in Peterkort Woods since 2006.
Robert Phillippi
Vice President
Robert was elected to the Board in August 2024. He has previously served on the Board from 2008-2010 and 2012-2022.
Drake Butsch
Secretary
Drake was first elected to the Board at the August 2022 Homeowners meeting. He was re-elected in 2024.
Keith Sawallich
Member at Large
Keith was first elected to the Board at the 2022 Homeowners meeting. He was re-elected in 2024.
Pamela Bauer
Treasurer
Pam was appointed by the Board in the Spring of 2024 to fill the position vacated by Barb Purdy. Pam was elected to the Board in August 2025.
