The next regular Board meeting will be in September, 2025.  date TBA Homeowners should receive a notice and an agenda the week before the meeting. 

The BOD usually meets on the second Monday of each month except December.

Minutes are not official until they are approved at the next Board Meeting.   PKW owners can view them at on AMS’s website. As of June 6, 2025, minutes through April 2025 are posted. The DRAFT minutes from the May meeting are also posted.
