AC: “Hello neighbors – we recently had an A/C blower assembly issue that was likely related to the roofing project so be aware. We had our system checked in late May, just as the roofing work was getting started, and everything was fine. 10 days later, after the inevitable incessant pounding, the blower wheel in the attic furnace system had worked its way down the shaft and was rubbing on the blower housing, causing a hissing noise in the ductwork. The technician said he’d never seen it happen before! Maybe roof-related, maybe not, but worth knowing in case it happens to you.” Anne.   July 2, 2025

Duct Cleaning

The company that cleaned our ducts is Better Air Northwest,

Cleaning dryer ducts is one of their listed services.  We had it done on
9/12/2019 shortly after we moved in.  Price was $525 including ductwork
and dryer vent.   I thought they did a good job.
