We have 35 buildings in our community. The first three building have been reroofed by Woodstock. More information regarding these buildings can be found in the posted minutes from January, February, and March 2025. This is Phase 1A.

Woodstock bid for and was chosen as the contractor for 20 more buildings that will have their roofs replaced this year. This is Phase 1B. Information regarding these buildings can be found in the ‘Roofing’ folder in the “Updated Roof Evaluation 2025.03.pdf” Woodstock has updated their master schedule. (7/24/25) This is an estimated time table and is subject to change.

Four tasks are tracked on Woodstock’s Roof Schedule document for phase 1b: Siding removal, roof replacement, siding replacement, and painting. As of 7/28/25 eight buildings are listed as 100% complete in all categories. Four others are only lacking painting.

The remainder of the buildings are scheduled to be completed in 2027. This is also referred to as Phase 2. A contractor has not been chosen for this project.

Information regarding the financing of the roofing project can be found in the Board of Directors meeting minutes from April 14 and May 5th. More detailed information is available in the minutes from May 5, 2025. A draft version of these minutes is posted on the portal.

There was a virtual town hall meeting on May 15th regarding the roofing project. Representatives from Woodstock, AMS, and the Peterkort Woods HOA Board of Directors were present to discuss the project including the scope, schedule, financing, and impact on homeowners. If you missed the meeting, it was recorded and will be posted soon on the AMS portal under weblinks/recordings. Update: As of 6/9/25 it was not posted. AMS reports they are having technical difficulties uploading it.

Important documents regarding a Special Assessment Resolution and Roof Replacement Project Cost Summary were emailed to homeowners on May 30th. For those who do not get their notices electronically, these documents were sent by mail.
