As a reminder, Residents and guests shall adhere to the pool rules. The rules are posted on the portal at www.ams-nw.com/portal or can be requested by contacting AMS at Peterkortwoods@ams-nw.com.

Please be aware that the pool hours are 8am to 8pm. (the pool deck and BBQs will remain open until 10pm) Additionally, a 4-foot clearance is required around the pool at all times, so please refrain from moving any chaise lounges or other furniture to the pool’s edge for safety purposes.
