PKWHOA held its first  virtual Annual Homeowners meeting tonight.

Highlights include:

A  corrected version of last year’s meeting minutes was approved and will be available to homeowners in the near future. (Item VIII should read “2020 budget””.  Not “2019”.

The 70-604 resolution passed.

Michael Hildenbrand, Harriet Linville, and Robert Phillippi were elected to serve two years on the HOA Board .

The Board members will serve in the following positions for the next twelve months:

Robert Phillippi-President

Gerald Amrein-Vice President

Harriet Linville-Secretary

Barb Purdy-Treasurer

Mike Hildenbrand-Member at Large
