Invitation to volunteer

My name is Marilyn Gray and I live here in Peterkort Woods.  I am involved in the West TV Elementary School’s volunteer program.  I would like to invite and encourage anyone in our neighborhood who might like to explore the many and varying volunteer opportunities at the school to contact me.  If I have some interest, I will invite a seasoned volunteer from the school to an informal informational meeting to share the possibilities.  Even if you have ½ an hour a week to donate, there is no better way to invest in the future than by mentoring a child or supporting a child’s teacher!

Thank you

3rd Annual Ladies Brunch

Saturday, February 18th

10:00am – 12:00pm

Bubbly, Chocolate, and Brunch Fare

Ladies Luncheon to Welcome New Neighbors and Catch Up With Those We Know

There are 3 ways to contribute:

–  BE THERE…those who attended the event last year enjoyed good food and conversation.

–  BRING A DISH…only if you would like to. There is always enough food and drink. Getting to know our neighbors is the goal.

–  SHARE…in the planning of Spring and Summer community events.

If you aren’t able to attend but are willing to help with an event, or welcome new Residents, please contact Dominica at TMG ( dominica.culver@tmgnorthwest.com) and your name will be passed to the Social Committee.

Requesting Peterkort Woods Documents for Selling, Insurance and Lending Purposes

If you are selling, re-financing, or insuring your town home, you may be required to produce several documents.  Some of them can be found on this site under the Resources page.   https://peterkortwoodshoa.com/resources/hoa-rules/  I try to keep them up to date.

If you need docs maintained by our HOA, Peterkort Woods information is contained on the secure website:

http://www.tmgassociation.com

This website is password protected for security of data.  If you are an owner and do not have a password, call AMS ( a division of TMG) at 503-598-0552.

Most documents you will need for Insurance purposes will be on the website.

If you are Selling, Purchasing or Refinancing, most likely you will need more documents.  These are provided by AMS at 503-598-0552.  There is a charge for these documents.

Repairs when Selling your Townhome

If you are Selling your town home, you may be requested to make some repairs. Those items which are covered by the Homeowners Association should not be agreed to be done, but language should say that you will forward these items in writing to the Homeowners Association.  Repairs not covered by the Homeowners Association are yours to freely agree to and perform at your cost.

Signs

Before you or your real estate agent places a for sale sign, please read HOA rules

If you have any questions, I would be happy to point you in the right direction or you can call TMG.

PKW – 7.4 Party (1)

Pool safety and security

Our pool is for the exclusive use of PKW homeowners, their immediate family, their guests, and lessees with the rights of owners.

Legal users of the pool are expected to use their fob to enter one of the two pool gates.  They are also expected to wear or display  a bracelet provided by the HOA (contact TMG if you need one).

The HOA is hiring a weekend pool monitor for the remainder of the summer.  One of their responsibilities will be to verify that the people using the pool are those mentioned in the first paragraph.  Please make their job easier by showing the your fob and/or bracelet.

The pool is one of our community’s greatest assets as well as a potential liability.  Help protect it by reporting suspicious activity.

If you see someone using the pool that you don’t recognize and/or is not wearing a bracelet like yours, introduce yourself.  Politely ask them where the live.  If they are trespassing and refuse to leave, call the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (503-629-0111.

For further information on the use of the pool, please see:
